User Name and Password

Choose the User Name and Password that you'll use to log in to your account. Your user name can be anything that you like. Your password must be at least 6 characters in length.

E-mail Address

Enter the e-mail address that you'd like us to use for login recovery and for administrative account notifications.

Agent Profile

Enter your agency name and address as you would like it to appear on your Certificates of Insurance. It will also appear for your Insured when they log in to their EzCOI account if they need any assistance.
